For basic e-mail alerts only, membership of the Flightdeck Club is not required. For the benefits of our full service, as listed above, membership is required.

Refund Policy for Crew
Refunds for subscriptions to the Flightdeck Club are available at the sole discretion of Flightdeck Recruitment. Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:
A refund will be available on a pro-rata basis for any complete month remaining of the subscription term, less an administration fee. If a subscription is cancelled more than half way through the subscription period, this may result in no refund being available.

Job Vacancy Postings
Pilot and Flight Engineer positions
Jobs that require pilot or flight engineer qualifications should be posted on our pilot and flight engineer jobs board.
Basic Job Postings (only members of the Flightdeck Club can view full details and apply): FREE
You can post your jobs on our jobs board free of charge. However, these basic listings are only visible to those of our registered crew members who subscribe to our Flightdeck Club. To get the best response to your job vacancies you might prefer to upgrade your postings.
You can choose from the following options:
Paid Job Postings (available to all suitably qualified registered crew):
Jobs upgraded to a Paid Posting may be applied to by any of our registered and suitably qualified crewmembers. This should improve the response to your job posting but does not give it any priority in the job listings.
Featured Jobs
Featured Jobs are Paid Postings that are given a higher priority on our jobs board.
There are 3 options for Featured Jobs - "Standard", "Higher", and "Premium" listing.
Jobs are prioritised as follows:
Featured Premium » Featured Higher » Featured Standard » Paid Postings » All other jobs
Within the featured and paid posting job groups, jobs are prioritised by upgrade expiry date, those with the latest expiry dates being shown at the top.
Within the other (not upgraded) job group, jobs are prioritised with the most recent postings shown at the top.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disable or permanently remove any job listing we feel is inappropriate for any reason.

Other airline positions
Jobs that do not require a pilot or flight engineer qualification should be posted on our Non-cockpit Jobs board.
Jobs posted on this board are free of charge and are shown in full, and can be applied to by any of our registered crew members.
Jobs requiring pilot or flight engineer qualifications which are posted on this board in error will be moved to the Cockpit jobs board.
Crew Database Access
You may add individual crew to your basket one at a time from each basic crew details page. If you wish to purchase the details of five or more crew you can save money by buying a crew credit discount package. Your account will be credited with the chosen number of crew. You can then select the crew who you would like to contact when convenient.

Upgraded Recruiter Accounts
Featured Recruiter
If you would prefer a more high profile position on FlightdeckRecruitment.com we offer for a limited number of recruiters (3 or 4) the chance to be Featured Recruiters. This offers:
- Your logo placed on our home page and job vacancy pages
- A specially created page with information about your company, full listings of all your job vacancies which are posted on FlightdeckRecruitment.com and links to your own web site
- All your job vacancies automatically upgraded to Paid Postings (full details of vacancy visible to all users and allows anyone (member/non-member) to apply provided they meet the job requirements)
If you post a large number of vacancies on our boards this is likely to be more cost effective than upgrading individual vacancies.

Corporate Gold Account

Refund Policy for Recruiters
Refunds for payments for access to crewmember contact details will be available at Flightdeck Recruitment's sole discretion, e.g. if we make an error in our quotation, or if the information you purchased is found to be unavailable, or sufficiently incorrect to prevent successful contact with the crewmembers involved.

Payment Methods
For instant access to the services you have chosen, payments may be made by credit card, charge card or debit card via our secure transaction processors, WorldPay, in GB Pounds (£), US Dollars ($), or Euros (€). Your card company will convert from any of these currencies into the usual currency of your card account.
